Caregivers have the ability to clock in using their mobile device with the HHAeXchange + App. If they have a FOB device, they can also input their numbers through the app.
Caregivers must follow these steps in order to have access to your HHAeXchange + mobile app. Make sure to remember your passwords, and contact the agency for the Activation Code.

Caregivers are give the right to access a FOB Device to be clocking in/out. Please contact the agency to request one for your member.
